• It holds an strategic location, in the middle of the Monterrey-Saltillo / Saltillo-Monterrey highway, in front of  Concretos Apasco (Holcim) plant in Ramos Arizpe. It also counts with the convergence of two of the main highways in Mexico: the Federal Highway 40 which connects trough Monterrey, the United States and Canada; and the Federal highway 57, which goes to the northern border of Piedras Negras city but also to southern cities like San Luis Potosí, Querétaro and to Mexico City. The park's facilities and infrastructure will be new and on site: gas, water, electricity and fiber optics.

• There will be private security service 24 hours a day, 365 days, CCTV system within the Industrial Park. In addition there will be a wastewater treatment plant.
